Jeff Alexander, M.D.
Jeff Alexander, M.D., is owner and Medical Director of the Skin Care Institute, L.L.C., Medical and Wellness Spa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and has over 30 years of experience in skin care.
Dr. Alexander is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical School and the University of Oklahoma Dermatology Program. He has served as president of the Oklahoma Dermatological Society and the Tulsa Dermatological Society.
Dr. Alexander is past chairman of the Department of Dermatology at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. He has served on the speaker’s bureau for GlaxoSmithKline, SkinCeuticals®, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and SkinMedica®. He has been a Luminary for Inmode Laser Technologies and a physician trainer for Kythera Biopharmaceuticals. He has also served as Assistant Clinical Professor and Dermatology Instructor for medical students and residents at the University of Oklahoma.
In 1999, Dr. Alexander opened the first medical spa in Oklahoma, and one of the first in the Midwest, the Skin Care Institute. In January 2012, Dr. Alexander expanded to include wellness services. By combining cutting edge laser technology with aesthetic, medical and wellness procedures, he paved the way for others in the industry. As medical director of the Skin Care Institute in Tulsa, Dr. Alexander introduced laser hair removal, intense pulsed light FotoFacial™ rejuvenation, Coolscullpting®, Fraxel®, Ultherapy®, Kybella® and Inmode Aesthetic Solutions to Oklahoma. He was awarded the prestigious honor of being one of the top two in North America for “Best Skin Tightening and Overall Results” by Reliant Technologies, manufacturer of the Fraxelre:pair™ laser. Oklahoma Magazine readers consistently vote him “Top Doctor” in Dermatology. His medical spa is repeatedly included in Oklahoma Magazine’s “Best of the Best” and Tulsa People Magazine’s “A-List”.
Ashley Biggs PA-C, MHS
Ashley has been practicing in dermatology since 2007. Ashley grew up in Oklahoma and earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned her Masters of Health Sciences degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center physician associate program in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Ashley is board certified by the National Commission of Certification for Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners. Ashley is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Ashley is proficient in diagnosing and treating general dermatologic disorders in adult and pediatric patients including but not limited to skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and warts. Ashley continues to expand her knowledge base through frequent Continuing Medical Education meetings and conferences.
Autum Caldwell PA-C, MHS
Autum earned her Masters in Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society for academic achievement.
Autum is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners. Autum is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She has earned Diplomate status, which is the highest honor available to a dermatology PA.
Autum has received specialized training and practiced medical and surgical dermatology since 2012. She is qualified to diagnose, treat and prescribe appropriate medical therapy for dermatologic conditions. Autum has been a speaker for dermatologic lectures at the University of Oklahoma Physician Assistant Program. She continues to expand her knowledge with frequent Continuing Medical Education meetings and conferences. She speaks Spanish and is passionate about patient education, skin cancer prevention and treatment, and cosmetic dermatology. Autum’s cosmetic focus is on laser technology and injectable wrinkle correction. She works in conjunction with our team to provide expert medical advice and treatments that are customized to the patient’s unique skin care needs.
